FAQs

  1. What equipment do I need?

    1 x Yoga Mat
    2x Yoga Blocks (optional, but encouraged)
    2x Dumbbells (optional, but encouraged)
    1 x sense of humour (this is not optional, you’re gonna be falling all over the place, if you can’t laugh at yourself and take things lightly, this is going to be an uncomfortable 12+ weeks)

  2. Will my access end after 12 weeks?

    Nope :) These are once off payments, so once you purchase the programme you always have access to it.

  3. Can I download the PDF?

    YES :) You can download to your smart phone or laptop which means you won’t need internet to access the programme (some gyms can be tricky with internet connection). However if you want to access the ‘how to’ videos, you will need access to internet as each exercise is linked to a demo video (super helpful, but if you don’t have connection, it’s best to brush up before hand).

  4. I am complete beginner is this suitable for me?

    The sessions have progressions in them to allow for a complete beginner to thrive - the joy of practicing at home is you can pause and review specific techniques

  5. I am a seasoned instructor / have completed 500hr YTT is this appropriate for my level?

    Seasoned yogis and teachers will know like I do that there is always more to learn across your cues, your techniques and your philosophical approach to your practice.

  6. How long are the sessions?

    They range from between 52 - 60 minutes in length, from start to finish.

  7. Will I lose weight?

    If weight loss is the aim, this programme can assist through maximising the number of calories used, in conjunction with dietary changes
