What equipment do I need?
I’ve split this list into essential and non-essential but optimal. The essential list refers to the equipment that is somewhat non-negotiable for the completion of this programme. The second “non-essential” list refers to equipment that is included but could be swapped for another exercise if your gym just doesn’t happen to have it.
Essential:
Barbell, Bench, Squat Rack (with an area to hang),Lat Pull Down Dumbbells (varying in weight)
Non-Essential:
Leg Press, Hamstring Curl Seated,,Hamstring Curl Lying,Seated Row,Machine Press,Kettle Bells,TRX, 45 Degree back extension, Swiss Ball, BOSU Ball.

Will my access end after 12 weeks?
Nope :) These are once off payments, so once you purchase the programme you always have access to it.

Can I download the PDF?
YES :) You can download to your smart phone or laptop which means you won’t need internet to access the programme (some gyms can be tricky with internet connection).
However if you want to access the ‘how to’ videos, you will need access to internet as each exercise is linked to a demo video (super helpful, but if you don’t have connection, it’s best to brush up before hand).

I am complete beginner is this suitable for me?
If you are an absolute beginner I HIGHLY recommend starting with VM 2.0 - not because it is easier (trust me, it’s not), but because in VM 2.0 I am guiding you through the workout from start to finish - we are working out together.
While you would be able to complete the sculpt programme (provided you watched the tutorial videos), by taking on VM 2.0 first you will not only see incredible gains in your physical fitness and strength, you’ll also learn how to move not just safely but optimally.

How long are the workouts?
They range from between 52 - 60 minutes in length, from start to finish.
